Are returns or refunds available?

As every order is customized and items are purchased by us immediately after an order is submitted (stock not held in store), refunds, returns, and cancellations are not available.

 

I made a mistake in the customization section and already placed my order. Can I make a change?

Please email us with the item you’d like to change and what the original and updated submissions are. If the item has not already been completed we can happily adjustment for you!

 

I’d like something custom made for me/as a gift for someone. Is that possible?

Yes! Please send us an email with your request and we will work with you to make your embroidery dreams come true! Whether it’s changing colors on a design that we already have posted, getting one of our designs on a different item/blank, or a whole other request entirely we would love to help!
